That is not my experience with the Bushwacker flares. To install the Bushwackers, the rear of the front fenders and the front and rear of the rear fender well must be trimmed. The top of the fenders don't get touched therefore do nothing for increasing the height of the wheel arch. The additional clearance is only in front and rear of the tires.
For some reason there has been an increase in posts about tires fitting stock height or budget boost lately. Anyway some 30's are actually the same size as a 235. Some are actually 30 inches but often are 29.8 or something. Shop tires on Amazon and they will tell you the weight and actual diameter.
Also, the Wrangler wheels are 6.0" backspacing and I think the Grand Cherokees were always 5.0 or 5.5" so you might have rubbing issues on the upper A-arms regardless of tires. This is not an automatic "it'll work" in my opinion. You'll need to test fit them first. 2022 Ram 1500 Laramie CC 4x4. 2018 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus 4x4.
The full size spare is full size in name only. It is a regular XL rated tire with same diameter as the road tires but narrower. From the tire fitment sticky thread: "Spare Tire Well -- The full size spare is a 245/65R XL on a 18x8 steel rim.
