It looks like the RS' turbo's compreesor wheel is close to the GTX2863R with a slightly bigger inducer and smaller exducer. The GTX2863R is about a 43 lbs/min turbo. With the larger inducer by ~2mm, the RS' turbo could possibly flow a little more. The turbine wheel on the RS' turbo is smaller than a GT28 turbine and somewhat smaller than a GT25!
